About Women Housing Plan Initiative (WHPI)
Women Housing Plan Initiative is a shelter initiative, which has as its primary objective empowering women and families to enable them own their houses in our towns and cities through easy terms financing. Thus gradual payment for property is an integral part of our operation which makes it easy for women and families to acquire properties, thereby in line with the Sustainable Development Goal to promote gender equality.
WHPI is a Non-Governmental Organisation, the first of its kind in NIgeria. an affiliate member of National Council of WOmen’s Societies (NCWS), member of the Real Estate Developer Association of NIgeria (REDAN) and registered member of Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN) Informal Cooperative Society.
